Working Hard to Unlock our City’s Full Potential

My plan to put Fort Wayne first focuses on transforming how our city works and moving away from outdated processes that do not position us for the future. We will utilize a budget process that involves more people and engages the city. Instead of focusing on spending your money we will make operations more cost effective and return dollars to taxpayers. Putting Fort Wayne first means putting people before process and making sure every person who lives here is heard and respected.

Prioritizing neighborhoods so that the entire city reflects the impressive investments that have already been made in our downtown. My plan will reorganize how our police tackle their work by developing localized law enforcement strategies for each area of Fort Wayne while still leveraging the resources of a large city to tackle problems that impact our entire community.  Developing incentives to reactivate neighborhood leadership and empower local leaders to tackle challenges in their community and partner with local businesses to help market their community.

I have lived here my entire life and I couldn’t be more proud of my home town. The Didiers have made Fort Wayne their home for generations. I believe we can continue to grow while ensuring that Fort Wayne provides everyone who lives here the best opportunity to achieve their dreams. The only way Fort Wayne moves forward is if we do so together.
